Submission/Registration Conditions

• This application form is for Australian/NZ screen-rights IP holders with formats that are suitable for film or TV adaptation and that have the worldwide film and/or TV rights available.
• Applicants may submit up to five properties each on the condition that the applicant undertakes to be present at Nexus in Melbourne on Friday, 8 August 2025 and to participate in pitching, networking and scheduled meetings (if selected).
• While there is no application or registration fee for IP rights holders for Nexus, participants will need to cover the costs of their own transport to, and accommodation in, Melbourne.
• All submissions will be considered by the 37ºSouth Market team, on the basis of the creative assets screen-adaptation potential, for inclusion in the Nexus screen rights catalogue distributed to screen producers.
• Selected applicants will have up to eight meetings scheduled for them with screen producers to promote their properties. Further, more informal, networking opportunities will be provided.
• Please fully complete the form below and be aware that if your property is selected, the completed form will be included in the screen rights catalogue distributed to screen producers – and that by applying you are agreeing to this.
• You agree that MIFF 37ºSouth Market may use any photos taken of you during the events.
• All registered 37°South participants will receive a personal detailed diary of meetings and events on or around 1 August 2025.
• By submitting an application, you are agreeing to receive program and marketing updates from MIFF Industry (including MIFF 37ºSouth Market, Accelerator Lab and Premiere Fund).
