Presented by MIFF Accelerator and Screen Australia, legendary film executive Alison Thompson comes to Melbourne for an intimate ‘in conversation’ with veteran film journalist and SBS TV presenter, Sandy George.
Previously of Focus Features International and Pathe Pictures, Thompson, who has worked with such high profile films as Brokeback Mountain, The Motorcycle Diaries and The Constant Gardener, will give an insider’s perspective on the world of international film sales and the commercial realities of quality independent cinema.
